Hi! I’m Annichen. I’m originally from Ostrobothnia (the west coast of Finland), and I have over 15 years of experience as a midwife.

Throughout my career, I have worked in the delivery room and on both gynaecology and postnatal wards. I am also a Fearless Birth instructor and have used this approach and its tools particularly when supporting women during labour and birth. My extensive experience on postnatal wards also includes breastfeeding support.

As a midwife, I believe in continually developing my knowledge and skills. You are warmly welcome to my appointment just as you are. I aim to create a calm and safe atmosphere for your visit, whether you come alone or with your partner, a friend or a family member.
